Pricing

Everything you need to use the app costs nothing:

• creating an account and your profile;
• creating your QR cards and sharing them digitally (a link, or the QR shown on your screen);
• being scanned, and the notification when it happens;
• unlimited chat with your connections, including voice notes and short videos;
• blocking, reporting, and deleting your account.

There is no paid tier. We do not sell likes, boosts, extra visibility, or an in-app currency, and no message or feature is locked behind a payment.

Printed cards are business-card sized, printed in full colour on both sides, produced to order by our print partner (Gelato) and shipped to the address you enter at checkout. Ordering them is optional — the digital card does the same job for free.

There are two ways to print a run, and they cost different amounts because they are produced differently:

Standard stack — €2.10 per card

Every card in the run is printed identically, so they all carry the same QR code. This is the cheapest way to have a stack of cards to hand out.

Single-use / trackable — €7.00 per card

Every card gets its own unique QR code, so you can see which card was scanned, label who you gave it to, and retire a card after one use. Each card is printed individually rather than as a batch, which is why it costs materially more per card. The quantity is fixed to the number of cards in the batch you are printing.

Shipping — €4.90 per order

One flat shipping fee per order, whether you order 10 cards or 500. Nothing else is added.

Order size

Orders run from 10 to 500 cards. The minimum exists because a single flat shipping fee would dwarf the price of a one- or two-card order.

• 10 standard cards — 10 × €2.10 + €4.90 shipping = €25.90
• 50 standard cards — 50 × €2.10 + €4.90 shipping = €109.90
• 100 standard cards — 100 × €2.10 + €4.90 shipping = €214.90
• 10 single-use cards — 10 × €7.00 + €4.90 shipping = €74.90

The app shows you the itemised total — cards, shipping and the sum — before you pay, and that total is what is charged.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them. We charge once, when you place the order — there is no recurring charge and nothing is stored to bill you again. The order becomes binding once payment is confirmed.

Hudsonly LLC is not established in the European Union and does not currently hold a German or EU VAT identification number (see our Impressum). Where value-added tax or another duty is chargeable on an order, the applicable amount is shown before you confirm your purchase. Import duties, where a destination country levies them, are not included in the prices above.

Because cards are custom-made to your order, your statutory right of withdrawal may be limited once production has begun, to the extent permitted by law. If your cards arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact hello@hudsonly.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We ship within the timeframe shown at checkout; if an order has not arrived within 30 days, contact us and we will resend it or refund you in full. Nothing here limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights. The full clause is in section 6 of our Terms of Service.

Prices can change as our print and shipping costs change. The price shown in the app at the moment you confirm an order is the one that applies to that order; we do not change the price of an order after you have paid. This page is updated whenever prices change — the date at the top tells you when it was last checked.
